The University of Ibadan on Thursday 2nd of November officially released the cut-off marks for the 2017/2018 Post-UTME exercise for admission into different departments in the university.
The cut-off mark released showed that the mark allocated for pass to medicine and law were the highest with merit cut-off points of 71.875 and 70.38 respectively. The cut-off points for the Educationally Less-Developed States (ELDs) were put at 70.25 for medicine and surgery, while that of law dropped to 62.25.
There following departments had the lowest cut-off marks of 50, the new Faculty of Renewable and Natural Resources, Archaeology, Chemistry, Aquaculture and Fisheries Management, Forest Production/Products and Wildlife and Ecotourism Management in the Faculties of Science.
The departments whose cut off marks are yet to be released are Pharmacy, Edu/Arabic, Edu/Biology, Edu/Communication and Language Arts, Edu/French and Edu/Yoruba.
