Return Policy
You can initiate a return within 24 - 48 hours of delivery for items if you receive a wrong, damaged, defective or counterfeit item.
When returning an item, ensure all seals, tags and accessories are left intact and the item is in its original packaging. We recommend that you keep the original carton and packaging material for a smooth and easy return.
Please note that only 2 attempts will be made to retrieve your item and you would be duly informed of the retrieval date. Retrieval will usually be made on Business days which are Monday to Saturday, and will not usually include Sundays and Public Holidays.
Return Policy
You’ll get refunded within 24 hours -72 hours after the item is retrieved from your doorstep or after you drop off the item at the terminal it was picked up ( in cases of Terminal Pickup) and confirmed to be intact.
The refund will be made to your Vasiti Wallet and you may decide to use it to shop on any Vasiti platform or you can request a payout from your Vasiti Wallet to your bank account.
Vasiti only offers a refund and/or exchange within the first 24-48 hours of delivery. If within 24 - 48 hours of your delivery duration no official complaint has been made, you may not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for Exchange
All items scheduled for return must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. The item must be in the original packaging. Vasiti will only replace items if they are different from the product ordered, are defective, damaged, or perhaps the product is reasonably unsatisfactory. Please note all product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, must be returned with the item.
Please note that the refunded amount will not include the Delivery fee amount you were charged if the replacement or refund is based on a change of product preference.
Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected.To complete your return, we require your ORDER ID NO.
Items that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery won't be accepted for return.
For mobile devices If you have created a password on the device you wish to return, please ensure it is removed, otherwise, your return will be invalid
Eligibility for Refund
If you requested a payout from your Vasiti Wallet to your bank account and you’re yet to receive the money in your bank account after 24 hours, please contact your bank because it may take some time before your refund is officially posted by your bank. Shipping Cost
Customers would have to incur the shipping cost of returning a product for an exchange or return if the customer is returning based on the in-usefulness of the product to the customer with the prior product knowledge base.
We will bear the full shipping costs if the product is defective, damaged, or reasonably unsatisfactory. Depending on your location, the shipping time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Return Timeline
The return pick-up time starts from the day you make a request to return an item to the day one of our delivery associates retrieves the item.
This will usually take about 24 - 72 hours. These timelines also apply if you are dropping your returns at the terminal you picked up from.
Refund Timeline
The refund time starts from the day the item you would like to return is picked up by one of our delivery associates to the day the refund process is completed. The refund process takes 24 hours - 72 hours.
Please note if the reason for returning an item cannot be validated, such item will be redelivered to you and a refund will not be processed.
